BRIGADE
The Boys’ and Girls’ Brigade is a church based, christian ,uniformed organization dedicated to nurturing youth in leadership and service through activities like drills, badge work, and camps, with the aim of developing Christian character, discipline, and a sense of responsibility. The organization has similar aims for both boys and girls: promoting Christian values and service, with boys focusing on christian manliness and girls on self-control and reverence.
The lessons given to children by officers are based on a four-square program comprising Education, Social, Spiritual, and Physical learning, all incorporating both theoretical and practical aspects.
